There are currently no independent assessments of casualties, nor are there accurate data on the proportion of civilians and Hamas fighters among the deceased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The destruction of critical infrastructure has led to almost complete lack of water supply and electricity. The fuel shortage exacerbates the energy crisis, as generators are the only source of electricity. Doctors are forced to perform surgeries without light, making quality medical assistance virtually impossible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-fe77a7a\" id=\"strong-\u043f\u0440\u043e\u0434\u043e\u0432\u043e\u043b\u044c\u0441\u0442\u0432\u0435\u043d\u043d\u0430\u044f-\u0431\u0435\u0437\u043e\u043f\u0430\u0441\u043d\u043e\u0441\u0442\u044c-\u0438-\u0437\u0434\u043e\u0440\u043e\u0432\u044c\u0435-strong\" <\/a><strong>IPC 3 (food crisis)<\/strong> and <strong>IPC 4 (emergency situation)<\/strong>. <strong>1 million people<\/strong>, including <strong>7 million children<\/strong>, need humanitarian assistance \u2014 in fact, the entire population of the enclave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>101,000 children<\/strong> are at risk of acute malnutrition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>19,425 children<\/strong> are being treated for acute wasting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More than <strong>1 million children<\/strong> need psychological support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-call-to-action stk-block-call-to-action stk-block stk-0cd26e0 stk-block-background stk--background-scheme--scheme-default-1
